"I recently was told about Andrews Secure parking and how good they were. I was planning a trip to Darwin and my flight was to leave at 21:00. I am not from Brisbane and have a pretty good reputation of getting lost there. This normally does not bother me as I usually travel in the day and can read a referdex. However, this was night and I was on a time schedule. After finding my way back to the highway and was on the road to the airport I called Andrews to find out how to get there. Kini was on duty and talked me through the way to find my way.
When I arrived, FINALLY, the driver had the bus waiting and running, grabbed my luggage Kini grabbed my keys and off to the airport we went. Upon arrival at check in I discovered that I had left my toiletry bag in the bus I rang to ask them to put it in my car until my return and they kindly said, "No you can't leave without that" and turned around and brought it to me.
I believe that in this day and age commitment to your client, care for you customer, is almost non existent, I received the best service I have in a long time from the staff at Andrews and will indeed go back and strongly recommend them to all.
Oh upon arrival back to Brisbane we were met within minutes of arrival and ushered to our car which was ready and waiting and perfectly cared for."
