Monthly “from” rates are shown below, with all pricing inclusive of GST. The “from” rates displayed are for 12 Months storage, paid upfront. Minimum storage is 1 month. Pricing is fixed for the period and allows the owner to take out and return their vehicle at least once for every two months that the contract is booked.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this storage site the same as the Andrew’s Airport Parking, parking site for airport transfers?

Yes, you enter through the same gates and into the same customer carpark.

When are you open for drop and collection?

We are open 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week. However, whenever practical we appreciate larger vehicles being collectde or dropped off during daylight hours.

How often can I take my vehicle out and return it, without charge? And how much notice do I need to give?

This depends on the length of your ORIGINAL contract and payment. See below.

Additional exits, not including your final exit, will cost $20 per occasion. We require 48 hours notice of your want to take your vehicle out.

Also, if you need to spend more than 10 minutes with your vehicle onsite, this will count as 1 of your exits.

Do I need to pre-pay for my storage? And am I refunded if my length of stay shortens unexpectedly?

You can pre-pay. However provided you pay for your intended stay in full on arrival, that’s fine by us.  If you need to remove your vehicle permanently before the end of your contract, we will refund any whole unused months on the contract.

Can you store any size vehicle?

Anything you can tow, or drive on Australian Roads, yes we can store it. Our undercover height restrictions are in excess of 4m, so almost all vehicles can be stored undercover also.

What can I expect upon arrival?

Whether you are dropping your vehicle off or collecting it, we encourage you to call us either before you leave the house with an expected arrival time or when you’re 15 minutes away. That allows us to welcome you onsite and ensure your drop or collect is as quick as possible.

Depending on your vehicle and where it will be / is stored, you may collect or drop it in our customer area or you may collect or drop it in its parking location. Our branch staff will confirm this to you.

Bringing the vehicle in we check off your booking and any special requirements, assist with uncoupling if necessary and you are free to leave. If the vehicle is dropped in our customer area, we will put your van into storage within 24 Hours.

Picking up, we will have your vehicle ready for collection. If any payment is required to finalise the contract, that will be managed onsite.  Then assist coupling up your vehicle before you leave if you require.

Can I access my van where it is parked, to perform minor maintenance and prepare for trips away?

We park your vehicle securely and tightly with other vehicles, to keep your monthly fees low. So we can not always grant access and certainly not without prior notice.

If we can grant you access, note that spend more than 10 minutes with your vehicle onsite will count as 1 of your exits (see above).

If you require access to your van for any reason, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we can make accommodations.

Do you provide extras, such as charging batteries from mains power and filling tanks with potable water?

We can provide a limited amount of extra services, for a small fee. Please discuss your requirements with our staff, we always want to be accommodating. After all, it is your vehicle!

Are there any booking amendment or cancellation fees?

The same as our airport parking business. There are no fees to amend your booking, either extending or shortening, provided you give sufficient notice. Fees may apply if you arriving requiring collection on a different day to that which is booked.

There is a $10 fee for cancelling your booking, at least 24 hours before Check In and no refund available for cancellations made less than 24 hours from Check In or NO SHOWS.

Requests can be made to waive these cancellation fees, only in special circumstances.

I am a Member at Andrew’s. Do I receive preferential rates or can I use my airport parking vouchers?

Unfortunately not. We are keeping the rates really sharp for everyone.
