We’re open for airport parking, transfers and to receive your bookings 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week.
Pre-booking is best, you’ll guarantee a great rate, secure your space and ensure we provide our best service on arrival. However, we can always accept drive up customers.
You are not required to pre-pay, but this is an option online.
We have a Manage Booking Portal to help you there, or just give us a call on 03 9334 5777. It costs nothing to amend your booking.

We recommend allowing 45 minutes between checking in to Andrew’s and walking in to your airport terminal. This is a very conservative amount of time, ensuring you’re not rushed at all at Melbourne Airport.
We have a customer parking areas of approximately 100 vehicle spaces where you will park. Our staff will assist guiding you to Reception and your luggage to the next available shuttle. Once you settle your account and leave Reception, you will be on a shuttle bus to your terminal.
Yes. As a valet parking service, you will leave your keys. If you insist on taking your keys, this can be arranged for a service fee (minimum fee is $25, depending on length of stay).
We run up to 6 shuttle buses on-demand. You should expect to be moving to Melbourne Airport very quickly upon checking in.
Just outside the International Arrivals Terminal, Terminal 2. This is the most central point, permitted by Melbourne for our drop offs and collections. See that exact location here.
Yes. Either give us a call on 03 9334 5777 or use our PICK UP button on our website on your mobile phone to have us collect you as quickly as possible.
We do. We have both forward and rearward facing baby seats, so even the very youngest babies can travel in the Andrew’s shuttle bus. We also have booster seats for young children. All drivers are trained in the installation of both baby seats and booster seats.
The whole family always stays together, with Andrew’s.
We are staffed 24 / 7 with roaming patrols, security lighting, CCTV around the facility, single entrance and exit off Mickleham Road, high perimeter fencing, retracting bollards onsite to section areas…. phew! We take your vehicle’s security very seriously at Andrew’s.
We haven’t met a vehicle we couldn’t park yet… We have very high clearance at Andrew’s, typically 4m although even higher can be afforded outdoors by mutual agreement. We park boats, caravans, motorhomes, buses… anything on 4 (or more) wheels is welcome at Andrew’s. Motorbikes too of course, at a discount!
