We’re open for every flight, cruise and interstate rail journey out of Adelaide! We open at 4:00AM and don’t close until after 11:00PM, 7 Days a Week.
Pre-booking is advisable, you’ll ensure yourself great rates and secure your parking space. If we know you’re coming, we can prepare for your arrival too. However, we can always accept customers who drive up.
You are not required to pre-pay, but you can if you choose online.
You can use our Manage Booking Portal or just give us a call on 08 8340 5200. There are no booking amendment fees.
Again, you can cancel bookings on the Manage Booking Portal or by calling 08 8340 5200. This can only be done before your arrival time and there may be fees for cancellations.
45 minutes is our recommendation between checking in at Chief Street, Brompton and walking in to airport terminal. But this is very conservative, you’ll have plenty of time at Adelaide Airport. No one likes being rushed to board their plane!
We have about 40 customer parking bays, where you will park your car. You will see Reception and our staff will help move your luggage to the next available shuttle bus. Once you settle your account and leave your keys with our Customer Service team, a driver you will take you up to Adelaide Airport.
As a valet parking service, we require your keys. If you must take your keys, this can be arranged (for a minimum fee of $25, depending how long your car will be onsite).
With three shuttle buses circulating between Adelaide Airport and Andrew’s you can expect to be on your way very quickly. Typically you would go immediately upon checking in, on occasion there may be a wait of up to 10 minutes.

We do. We have both forward and rearward facing baby seats, as well as booster seats for your children. Our drivers are trained in the installation of both baby seats and booster seats.

CCTV across the facility, single entrance and exit and high perimeter fencing means that we take your vehicle’s security very seriously at Andrew’s.
Haven’t seen a vehicle we can’t park yet! Caravans, boats, motorhomes, buses… anything on 4 (or more) wheels is welcome at Andrew’s Airport Parking. Motorbikes too of course, at a discount!
